Only when you drink from the river of silence shall
you indeed sing.

I have been visiting my elder mother in the hospital now for about a week. She is slowly fading away. I can feel the spirit so strong when I sit with her and look into her eyes. Her eyes are the windows to her soul.
Soon she will no longer experience the pain of the mortal body because she will travel through space and time to an eternal place of immortality.
"Come and go with me to my fathers house. There are many mansions there. If it were not true he would have told us so. Jesus spoke those words before he was resurrected, If I go away I will prepare a place in eternity for you. In this place are many mansions with streets of gold." Hope in eternity.

I have always found so much comfort in the words of Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet. I pray you find the truth, peace and comfort you are seeking as you walk through your temperal time here on earth.

"Prophet" by Kahlil Gibran

And a woman spoke, saying, Tell us of Pain.

And he said:

Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding.

Even as the stone of the fruit must break, that its heart may stand in the sun, so must you know pain.

And could you keep your heart in wonder at the daily miracles of your life, your pain would not seem less wondrous than your joy;

And you would accept the seasons of your heart, even as you have always accepted the seasons that pass over your fields.

And you would watch with serenity through the winters of your grief.

Much of your pain is self-chosen.

It is the bitter potion by which the physician within you heals your sick self.

Therefore trust the physician, and drink his remedy in silence and tranquillity:

For his hand, though heavy and hard, is guided by the tender hand of the Unseen,

And the cup he brings, thought it burn your lips, has been fashioned of the clay

which the Potter has moistened with His own sacred tears.

Death

Then Almitra spoke, saying, We would ask now
of Death.

And he said:

You would know the secret of death.

But how shall you find it unless you seek it in the
heart of life?

The owl whose night-bound eyes are blind unto the
day cannot unveil the mystery of light.

If you would indeed behold the spirit of death, open
your heart wide unto the body of life.

For life and death are one, even as the river and the
sea are one.

In the depth of your hopes and desires lies your
silent knowledge of the beyond;

And like seeds dreaming beneath the snow your
heart dreams of spring.

Trust the dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to
eternity.

Your fear of death is but the trembling of the
shepherd when he stands before the king whose
hand is to be laid upon him in honour.

Is the shepherd not joyful beneath his trembling,
that he shall wear the mark of the king?

Yet is he not more mindful of his trembling?

For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind
and to melt into the sun?

And what is it to cease breathing but to free the
breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and
expand and seek God unencumbered?

Only when you drink from the river of silence shall
you indeed sing.

And when you have reached the mountain top, then
you shall begin to climb.

And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then
shall you truly dance.

Rich blessing to you as you sojourn through you time here on earth. Life is precious. Life is a gift. We are placed here on earth to find the porthole to Eternity. I pray you find your passport to Eternity.

The Old Rugged Cross
Written by: Rev. George Bennard

On a hill far away
Stood an old rugged cross,
The emblem of suffering and shame;
And I love that old cross,
Where the dearest and best,
For a world of lost sinners was slain.

So I'll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown.

O that old rugged cross,
So despised by the world,
Has a wondrous attraction for me;
For the dear Lamb of God
Left His glory above
To bear it to dark Calvary.

So I'll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown.

In the old rugged cross,
Stained with blood so divine,
A wondrous beauty I see;
For t'was on that old cross
Jesus suffered and died
To pardon and sanctify me.

So I'll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown

.To the old rugged cross
I will ever be true,
Its shame and reproach gladly bear;
Then He'll call me some day
To my home far away,
Where His glory forever I'll share.

So I'll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown.

* This is my mother's favorite song. She is passing away. I want the world to know that this song is beautiful. I love playing it on the guitar and singing it. My mother will turn 86 Oct. 25th, 2004.

So, Happy Birthday Mom!

Love, your only daughter

Love always and forever

Love until I meet Jesus and you are by His side.

(that was a very long name to have to remember when I was in elementary school! :-)

PS. Mom, if you go to heaven before me, please ask Jesus to watch over us down here.
We are a mess, but Jesus loves us.

All Is Well With My Soul

By: Horactio G. Safford 1873

When peace, like a river, attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll;
Whatever my lot,
Thou has taught me to say,
It is well, it is well, with my soul.
It is well, with my soul,
It is well, with my soul,
It is well, it is well, with my soul.

Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come,
Let this blessed assurance control,
That Christ has regarded my helpless estate,
And hath shed His own blood for my soul.
It is well, with my soul,
It is well, with my soul,
It is well, it is well, with my soul.

My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought!
My sin, not in part but the whole,
Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more,
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!
It is well, with my soul,
It is well, with my soul,
It is well, it is well, with my soul.

And Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight,
The clouds be rolled back as a scroll;
The trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend,
Even so, it is well with my soul.
It is well, with my soul,
It is well, with my soul,
It is well, it is well, with my soul.

- Words by Horatio G. Spafford, 1873- Music by Philip P. Bliss, 1876
The words to this hymn was written after two major traumas in Spafford's life. The first was the Great Chicago Fire of October 1871, which ruined him financially. Shortly after, while crossing the Atlantic, all four of Spafford's daughters died in a collision with another ship. Spafford's wife Anna survived and sent him the now famous telegram: "SAVED ALONE." Several weeks later, as Spafford's own ship passed near the spot where his daughters died, he was inspired to write these words.
Bliss originally named the tune "Ville de Havre" after the ship on which Spafford's four girls perished, the SS Ville de Havre. Ironically, Bliss himself died in a tragic train wreck shortly after writing this music.

*These lyrics were wrenched out of pain. I have been on a big boat out to sea. I know the feeling of being swallowed by the ocean's depth. This man lost everything it seemed. His wife survived and her two words telegramed back to him after the accident were "SAVED ALONE"
His attitude astounds me. "All is well with my soul." I ponder on that statement of faith. He could has become bitter, yet he chose to become
better. Life will bring strong winds of trials. It is important to be standing on the Rock of Ages. Through Christ all things are possible. God comforted this man in his lost. He wrote down these words that day when he returned to the place where he lost his children in the ocean. He had no idea that his words would be echoed down the halls of time as a praise song for Jesus. This is truly an article of faith.
The Spirit gave light to "All is Well With My Soul."
Can you honestly say all is well with your soul? Have you poured it all out lately and let God fill you with fresh new wine?

My prayer for you today is:

"May the peace that passes all understanding rest within your soul. May you always walk through your life knowing that God is the master of our souls. May you hundgry and thirst after righteousness. May you seek the light and the truth of God's word. May those words be craved into your soul and your heart.It is all about the condition of your heart and soul. Be humbled. Be thankful to God for each and every blessing. Look forward to more blessings and healing and thank God in advance. "

TURNING POINT
By: Rod McKuen
www.rodmckuen.com
(a great site for the poetry lover)

The road turns here,
up ahead you see it
dissolving in the dust.
I would have you now
dissolving into me
suspended,
held aloft
by my arms only.
Hanging onbut letting go.
The sky
is cloudless here
look above
and you can see it
blue on blue,
bareheaded
and not breathing.
I would wish for you
the same clear
cloudless eye
seeking mine
straight
forwardly and true
not breathing
and bareheaded
as I breathe my way
through you.
The sun
is friendly here
look just left
and you can see it
warm but kindly so and clearly caring.
I would ask of you
that you be ever warm
willing to be kind
not letting me forget
that kindness is the passport
and the proven way
for two to journey through
a lifetime, each other,
or a single summer's day.

I am glad I have all my Rod McKuen books with me. They just happened to be in my vehicle. Poetry helps heal my broken heart. Also music is a healer. I write and perform "Heartmusic"..visit my site of songs, poetry &

Come to Jesus

Come to Jesus; have childlike faith and walk it's road.
Come to Jesus; have hope and walk it's path.
Come to Jesus all you weary souls.
Come to Jesus; lay down your weary crown.
Come to Jesus; you'll find rest within the favor of God.
Come to Jesus; you know sometimes you are afraid of the unknown.
Come to Jesus; He will hold your heart in His hands.
Come to Jesus; He's waiting at the door.
Come to Jesus; you can experience His peace forever more.
Come with the innocent spirit of a child.
Come to Jesus on the wings of a sparrow.
Come to Jesus empty and you will return full.
Come to Jesus just as you are.
Come to Jesus in the midst of the raging storm.
Come to Jesus even when you can no walk.
Come to Jesus emptied out and penniless.
Come to Jesus and He will restore everything.
Come to Jesus and let His mercy flow like hot candle wax.
Come to Jesus with your heart wide open.
Come to Jesus and take rest within His green pastures.
Come to Jesus with the spirit of hunger and thirst.
Come to Jesus with a clean, repentive heart.
Come to Jesus, for now is the time to worhip the lover of your soul.
Just come as you are; broken and poor. The rstoration is just around the bend. Ride on horses of faith through each trial, climb not fall.

I was thinking about my fears. When I was little our family lived all over the world from home to home. I hated being uprooted. Moving had it's
unknown chartered waters, like the passenger boat trips to the Orient. I remember being captive on the boat to China and all I could see for miles all around me was the deep blue sea. That was the most beautiful color of blue I have ever seen. I would be in a new home again. Darkness would fall and I would be afraid. I taught myself to find comfort in the little children prayers we were all taught in Sunday school. "Now I lay me down to sleep. I pray the Lord my soul to keep. In the morning when I wake. Teach me Lord thy way to take." I always needed a night light. Somehow light comforted me. Light is a very important word. God is light. When God's "shine" dwelled in my soul for the first time, I could actually feel the warm of my Creator's hand. He was holding me. I was in God's favor. Now I seem to still be a drifting tumbleweed in time. I am homeless again due to life's uncertain winds of change. I know the drill! I just have to stay in the lifeboat that God has provided for me. I feel like I have closed one door and have opened another. Standing in the threshhold, I feel the magnetic pull towards the new chapter in my life. I suppose I know the drill all too well. I have had many homes in my lifetime. I miss having a home where my precious belongs surround me and compliment my life. It is kind of like, we are what we gather, possess and display in our temporal homes. Earthen treasures would be a good definition. The journey is always so hard with the fear of the unknown again. Like I said, I know the drill! I am ascending not decending, that is important because I want to grow in God's garden. I want to feel all the seasons up against my face. I need to embrace the sun, the moon's glow, the first wintery winds and all the sunrises and sunset up close and personal. It is my beautiful life unfolding all around me.

My singing call is:

"Come to Jesus and rest within His saving grace."

Come To Jesus
By: Mindy Smith
"Come To Jesus"Oh, my baby, when you're older
Maybe then you'll understand
You have angels that stands around you shoulders'
Cause at times in life you need a loving hand
Oh, my baby, when you're prayin'
Leave your burden by my door
You have Jesus standing by your bedside
To keep you calm, keep you safe,
Away from harm
Worry not my daughters,
Worry not my sons
Child, when life don't seem worth livin'
Come to Jesus and let Him hold you in His arms
Oh, my baby, when you're cryin'
Never hide your face from me
I've conquered hell and driven out the demons
I have come with a life to set you free
Worry not my daughters,
Worry not my sons
Child, when life don't seem worth livin'
Come to Jesus and let Him hold you in His arms
Oh, ohOh, ohYeah, yeah, yeah
Oh, my baby, when you're dying
Believe the healing of His hand
Here in Heaven we will wait for your arrival
Here in Heaven you will finally understand
Here in Heaven we will wait for your arrival
Here in Heaven you will finally understand
Worry not my daughters,
Worry not my sons
Child, when life don't seem worth livin'
Come to Jesus and let Him hold you in His arms

Come to Jesus with childlike faith and you will not be disappointed in the outcome...

Rich blessing to you and as always I close with "In Christ,"

About Love and the power there in

In the heart of every human is the longing for a home. A dwelling where "love" is spoken . . When love is not present in that home, the open, clean-hearted soul moves on to a place where love is, because love is a fuel for the empty heart
.
Love is the most powerful word spoken. God is love. So when someone says, "I love you", you have to look inside that person's heart. If love is really there, the fruits of love can be experienced, seen or felt. Empty words of love with no loving actions is simply not love, only lies spoken from a tainted heart. My prayer is that every heart that says it has love in it will actually receive love from our Creator, Jesus Christ. I want that empty heart to be filled with God's love and start really experiencing the joy and satisfaction of being filled with God's enduring love. You see, it is impossible to be hateful and do unloving acts when you have God's love dwelling inside of you.God's spirit is in the heart of the souls who love and convicts that heart. The simple test to see if someone really has love is to reflect on that person's actions. It is so much better to love than to hate. It takes a lot of energy to hate and very little to love. Love feels good as it passes through the soul and the heart of an individual.

My friend, try loving. Ask God to come into your heart and change your ways if you don't really have any love to give. You may think that you are okay, but maybe you only see what you want to see. Remember, evaluate your actions. If your actions are good then you have love. If your actions are hateful, revengeful, greedy or inflict an emotional & physical punishment, then you have no love inside of you. You are empty of real love. You need to clean house. God will not dwell in a dirty house or temple. The Bible explains that our souls & bodies are temples or houses. Ask for forgiveness and receive the gift of love that is waiting for every human who humbly asks God for His love. Remember many are called and few are chosen. The road is wide and broad that leads to damnation. The road is narrow that leads to salvation and few there be that find that road.
_________________________________________________

The words I have to say may be simple, but they're true
Until you give your love there's nothing more I can do
Love is the opening door
Love is what we came here for
No one could offer you more
Do you know what I mean?
Have your eyes ever seen?

You say it's very hard to leave the life you once knew
But there's no other way, and now it's really up to
Love is the key we must turn
Truth is the flame we must burn
Freedom is the lesson we all learn
Do you know what I mean?
Have your eyes really seen?
Do you know what I mean?
Have your eyes really seen?

I have love inside my heart. I pray the Spirit's love will inhabit my soul forever. If it feels good, DO IT! Believe and then recieve for the promise of being reborn in the Spirit is for everyone. I can hear the proud heart say, "I believe." but those empty words fall to the ground and do no justice! Did you know that demons "believe" and tremble at the thought. Believing is the very first baby step into a long journey for truth. You must walk on in the sojourn of faith. If you don't you will be like the tree planted far for the banks of the river in stony ground. The earth is barren and it never rains. Your roots will be shallow and you will wither away in time or be uprooted in the storms of life.

This is about "love" and the power there in.

Don't be lost, be found. You have your pride and your own will to wrestle with, don't you?

I think about any love that has been passed to me through the loves of my life. I must say, human love fails everytime. Seek God's love and then you will be about to share your love with others.

You did not see her cry.
As she's walking out the door.
Why don't you stop and love her more?
Surely, you'll get by...
You didn't she her cry.

I find those words to be very sad..sad for the person without the ability to love....
What profits a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul?

We should always love others as we love ourselves and be true to their heart.Faithful, that is the word I am thinking of. Were you faithful to my heart? I know the answer is no. Again I state, the path is narrow and few there be that find it. Ask God to light the way on your path. Remember you are the creation, He is the creator. Humble yourself before your God. I learned that lesson many years ago. Perfect love is experienced when you encamp within Heaven's gate.

"Sounds of the heart make this moment unwind. True love never dies, it's lies within His vine."

This is about love and the power there in!

Peace and love to you all the days of your life. May the Lord touch your calloused heart. He is a healer too. Be healed and be filled with His love.

My letter to Ashley,

I really am so sad for the relationship we have now as mother and daugther. I love you more than you would ever know. I sacrificed for you. I have always given you more than I could afford. One thing that did not cost a dime was the time I gave you as a mom, that is something money could never buy. I have been there for you since the day you were born, through elementary, jr. high and high school. I know you don't remember much, but I remember I was the only parent at functions like, plays, award ceremonies, pep rallies,watching you practice, going to track meets, showing up at lunch and seeing you come out of the school, going to the office when they had a pic of you with a beer in your hand lol, spending time with your awesome friends, all the summer vacations with you, watching you grow into such a beautiful person, crying when you gave your valedictorian speech, going to Dillards with you, watching you get ready for proms, seeing the look in you gorgeous blue eyes, your blue beads hanging in your doorway in Goliad, taking up for you to other parents and mickey mouse friends, freaking out the Watts, watching you play volleyball, driving you to gym competitions, seeing you when you are really happy and full of joy, watching you get baptized, watching you behind the wheel of my truck( a little bug behind the wheel of a huge vehicle, loving the type of music you listen to, taking you to dinner, preming your hair when you were little, watching Delina do your hair, remembering your favorite dress when you were little( red and black pock a dot dress..lol) , your braces, pulling your retainer out of the dryer, your sliding glass door in your room that was hard to open, watching you and Austin smile at each other in your room, watching you and Kyle smile at each other in your room, your lava lamp, pictures of your friends in your room, the train trip to New Orleans ...lol, the train trip back to SA, remembering how cool you looked with your raybans on, you on the 4 wheeler, when the palm tree caught fire at your ranch party, your icebox in your room, you winning the grand champion goat!!!!!!!!!!!!!, when your hair turned green at a birthday party at the Goliad golf course, when you hurt yourself in track or cheering, when Jody knocked you down when you were on crutches in jr. high, your first jr. high cheerleader try outs ( you were the best one) you winning the bonus points in reading in elementary, your cool W. Shakepearse play in elementary, watching you as the head cheerleader, watching you fly in cheerleading, watching you do like 50 flip flop at Gym Magic and then hitting your lip and bleeding and then your coach almost fainting, watching you swim for the first time, seeing you cry and trying to comfort you, watching you play therther ball, shopping with you and seeing what you like to buy, you turning me on to makeup, seeing you for the first time when you were born, all the times you made me smile and laugh, listening to you read for the first time, caring for you when you were sick, worrying about you when you were out at night, hoping you made the right choices at parties, watching you dance...you are great, seeing the love in your eyes for Amber, the look on your face at your surprise birthday party I put on for you at Johnny Carinos, your cool hat you wore when you were small with the whirl bird on the top, you holding the scarf that Cody got for you, when you cut your leg on the vacation and we took you to the emergency room for stitches, when you collected money for flood victims, softball games when you got a hit or go somene out on base or caught a fly ball, when you cried in my arms about Austin when he broke your sweet loving heart, when you first rode a bike, when you mud wrestled with your friends at the tank and then smelled like cow crap, watching you walk around the University of Texas during orientation, when I got you Kitty, when I got you Honey at the pet shop, when Mickey was born, seeing you happy, seeing you sad, seeing you mad, watching you sleep, the look on your face when you returned from running away from home with Kristin, watching you prepare for your trip to Europe, the stories you told me about your trip to Europe, you getting your passport,......ohh I could go on and on.
I miss you very much. I love you more than you will ever know. I am so proud of you. You are so smart and so beautiful. I can't believe I have such a beautiful daughter that has my blood and genes in her body. I love your loving smile.
You bring me joy no matter what is going on. You are one of the best friends I have ever had.

Your one and only mother...:-)

We are sons and daugthers of God.

"This is my son in whom I am well pleased. " I say that about my son. God spoke those words about his son Jesus in the Bible.

I am so pleased that my son, Ari Ben, comes to my site and reads my thoughts here at my blog journal. This is a good place to share what the Spirit has told me...

Dayton Conner Pozos is my awesome grandson! If he has the heart of gold like my son possesses, then Dayton will grow up with God's light in his eyes. Recently my son called me the day after he heard some troubling news. Ari said to me, "I had five minutes of joy today." I could feel his joy flow into my heart and soul. When your soul is discouraged, praise the Lord. When you fear the unknown, praise the Lord. When you need a miracle, praise the Lord. God inhabits the praises of his people.

Life is like a box of chocolates! You never know what you will get. One thing that is for sure is if you put God first in your life you are promised
God's favor. God's favor is very powerful. God will grant extra special
favors to you. Ari Ben means "Lion of God" in Hebrew. Ari Ben is favored by God. I remember when he was small and I had him dedicated at my church, The Promiseland in Austin, Tx. Ari Ben was just a small bundle of joy. My pastor held him and lifted him up to God in prayer and asked Jesus to light the paths of his life and let the Son shine on him. Well, one thing I know for sure is prayer works. I have petitioned Jesus many times in prayer. He has reached down with the favor of God and answered my prayers.

Do you have God's favor in your life?

If not,

"Knock and the door will be opened"
"Ask and you shall be answered"
"Seek and you shall find"

Jesus does require us to knock, ask and seek; then we opened the door, are answered and we walk through the door into God's favor.

David from the Bible was favored my God. David was a man after God's own heart! David wrote the Psalms of the Bible. He was either on the mountain top praising and dancing to God,or he was in the valley of the shadow of death hiding from his enemies. God always came through for David. God's favor is a powerful thing!

My second favorite book is the Prophet by Gibran. Here he speaks of love.

"Speak to us of Love."
And he raised his head and looked upon the people, and there fell a stillness upon them. And with a great voice he said:
When love beckons to you follow him,
Though his ways are hard and steep.
And when his wings enfold you yield to him,
Though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you.
And when he speaks to you believe in him,
Though his voice may shatter your dreams as the north wind lays waste the garden.
For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you. Even as he is for your growth so is he for your pruning.
Even as he ascends to your height and caresses your tenderest branches that quiver in the sun,
So shall he descend to your roots and shake them in their clinging to the earth.
Like sheaves of corn he gathers you unto himself.
He threshes you to make you naked.
He sifts you to free you from your husks.
He grinds you to whiteness.
He kneads you until you are pliant;
And then he assigns you to his sacred fire, that you may become sacred bread for
God's sacred feast.
All these things shall love do unto you that you may know the secrets of your heart, and in that knowledge become a fragment of Life's heart.
But if in your fear you would seek only love's peace and love's pleasure,
Then it is better for you that you cover your nakedness and pass out of love's threshing-floor,
Into the seasonless world where you shall laugh, but not all of your laughter, and weep, but not all of your tears.
Love gives naught but itself and takes naught but from itself.
Love possesses not nor would it be possessed;
For love is sufficient unto love.
When you love you should not say, "God is in my heart," but rather, I am in the heart of God."
And think not you can direct the course of love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course.
Love has no other desire but to fulfil itself.
But if you love and must needs have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love's ecstasy;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart and a song of praise upon your lips.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the Beatles said in one of their songs, "All you need is love."
As John wrote in the Bible, "God is love."
As David Crosby said, "Everyone is saying the music is love."
As I say, "May the mysteries of God's love inhabit your soul. May God's love be the song in your heart."
Selah!

Fall into the loving arms of Jesus. He always is there to catch your fall.

Psalms 34

I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. My soul will boast in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together. I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of his troubles. The angel of the Lord emcamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who takes refuse in him. Fear the Lord, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Turn from your evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry; the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;

HE DELIVERS THEM FROM ALL THEIR TROUBLES
THE LORD IS CLOSE TO THE BROKENHEARTED AND
SAVES THOSE WHO ARE CRUSHED IN SPIRIT

A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all; he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.
Evil will slay the wicked; the foes of the righteous will be condemned. The Lord redeems his servants; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him.

* I am finding all of my peace and strength through His word these days.
I am leaning on all the promises of my Lord...

Thank you Lord for keeping me save and for providing for me when everything tangible has been taken from me. I will be restored 100 times my loss, much like Job. Thank you Lord for your true followers who have come to my rescue in these times of trouble. Thank you for reminding me that those being led by good or evil will reap what they have sown.Blessed be the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior, who comes to me in times of trouble and whispers to me all is well for those who trust him.

October rains are falling down on a wet and already rained on ground
As I peer out the window pane, into a picture in a frame with haloed glow around the light, lingering from the night I was...
