Today is my birthday! I am celebrating it by being up in the hill country of South Texas. I went to the Kerrville Folk Festival yesterday. It is a musical festival of Folk music artists and just plain lovers of Folk music. It was a very hot Texas summer day. The event lasts about 3 weeks. I heard lots of great music and had a wonderful time of fellowship with old and new friends. Many folks camp there for the entire festival. The best campers were the people in the teepees.
